In 2016, Old Mill of Dyce was hit by floods. The owners decided to use 'the opportunity' to renovate the property and modernise their home.
Extensive repairs have given the property a new lease of life. The lower ground floor kitchen was removed and redeveloped into a new bathroom and utility. The ground floor bathroom was removed and a new open plan kitchen/family area formed, along with a new bedroom.
A wrap around window was installed in the kitchen to provide panoramic views of the River Dee and additional natural light to the room.
The result: beautiful.
